Packing help, furniture wrapping, and protection for floors and doorways.

Pure Muscle Moving is a local moving company based in Daphne. We know customers are trusting us with more than furniture; they’re trusting us with their home, their time, and a big day in their lives.
We use moving blankets and stretch wrap to protect furniture, and floor runners and doorway protection where needed. We’ll communicate with you about the job and the plan before moving day.

Our large enclosed trailer offers approximately 1,800 cubic feet of usable space—slightly more than many standard 26-foot box trucks. That gives us room to protect, organize, and transport your belongings on local and out-of-state moves.

The easiest way is to call (740) 692-3795. Have your pickup and destination addresses, move date, home size, and any large or unusual items ready if possible.
As early as you can, especially for long-distance moves. More notice gives us a better chance to coordinate the route and your preferred dates. If your move is coming up soon, call anyway.

Let us know about unusually heavy or fragile items, stairs, long carries, tight driveways, storage stops, and anything that may need special handling so we can plan properly.
Some things should never go in a moving truck or trailer. Others need to be discussed with us before we schedule your move. Here’s a straightforward guide.
We cannot transport gasoline, propane tanks, fireworks, ammunition, paint thinner, and other hazardous or combustible materials. Plan to move or dispose of these safely yourself.
Please make your own arrangements for pets, plants, and refrigerated or frozen food. We do not transport live animals.
Please have loose belongings packed securely in boxes or suitable containers before moving day. Furniture and other items we normally wrap are handled separately. If you need packing help, let us know when requesting your quote.
We do not transport live plants. Please arrange to move them yourself before moving day.
Keep cash, jewelry, medications, identification, and important paperwork with you rather than packing them in the trailer.
These are not part of our standard moving services. Please contact us before booking if your move involves a piano, hot tub, or another unusually heavy specialty item.
Not sure about an item? Text us a photo at (740) 692-3795 before moving day. This list is a guide, not an exhaustive list of prohibited items.
Absolutely. Moving is hard work, and our crew puts in the effort to take care of your belongings and your home. If you feel they did a great job, a tip is always appreciated.
Tips are never required or expected. What matters most to us is that you're happy with your move. A review or recommendation means a lot to our small business, too.
A few practical things that can make moving day smoother—especially if you’re heading out of state.
For an out-of-state move, share both addresses and your target date early. Mention closing dates, elevator bookings, or delivery restrictions right away.
Keep medications, chargers, toiletries, a change of clothes, important papers, and essentials with you instead of buried in the trailer.
Write the destination room and a short contents note on each box. Mark fragile items clearly and keep heavy items in smaller boxes.
Keep valuables, identity documents, keys, cash, and irreplaceable personal items with you. Ask us ahead of time about anything you’re unsure we can transport.
Move loose rugs, shoes, cords, and small items out of the main path. Reserve a clear place for the crew to stage and carry furniture.
Point out glass, antiques, oversized furniture, tight staircases, long driveways, and anything that needs extra planning before the crew arrives.
